Y2 series is a kind of fully enclosed, self-blowing, cooling squirrel cage type rotor three-phase asynchronous electric motor, meeting the highest standards of 1990s in international market. This series is an upgrade of Y series. In comparison to Y series, this series is provided with not only the advantages of Y series but also enhanced protecting level (IP55) and insulating level (level F), qualification of level B assessment (except for Y2-315L-2 of level 4 assessment and Y2-355 level F assessment), reduced noise, and the conformity to load noise assessment.
