V model mixer comprises container which is connected by two cylinders soldering by V model and relatively dissymmetrical with axis. With rotary movement, the powder alternates, cuts and combines continuously in the lean cylinder, and the material is transmitted from one area to another stochastically, while the movement of powder produces slippage that piled up for many times in the space, so the powder constantly distributes on the new surface. It cuts and diffused mix time after time without mixing dead angle.

A、Transmission
With belt pulley drive, the traditional product which delivers the advantages such as simple construction and convenient maintenance is suitable for the drive of small specification device. |

B、Big Opening Design
The manual gland seal of feed inlet uses the big door design so that users can charge material manually. |

C、Discharging Mode
The materials are usually discharged by manual butterfly valve with good seal and small diameter of opening so as to package or bond the material manually. |

D、Adding Muddler
To offset the defect that V model mixer effecting the material flatly, compulsion type mixer is designed with addition of agitating stick. |

E、Worm Gear Transmission
The standard product uses worm gear transmission to prevent inverse transmission of cylinder and facility users to pointing control power for positioning the charge inlet and discharge outlet. |

F、Double Cone-Shape Cylinder
The similar product is double cone-shape rotary mixer with double cone-shape cylinders which can facture the product of larger specification than that of V model cylinder. |
