Core Product Portfolio for the Agrochemical Industry

Our comprehensive range of mixers is designed to handle a wide variety of powders, granules, and additives used in fertilizers, pesticides, and crop protection formulations:

• Ploughshare Mixer – Specifically suitable for solid-liquid mixing in pesticide formulations. For example, adding a small amount of liquid additives to powders, or conducting the process of making wet particles (particle size 0.3 - 3mm). The built-in high-speed rotating blades can effectively break up and disperse agglomerated materials, ensuring the uniformity of the mixture. 

• Paddle Mixer – Suitable for the mixing of pesticide powder, wettable powder, granules, etc. The mixing accuracy is high (coefficient of variation CV ≤ 3%), and even materials with significant differences in specific gravity and particle size can be mixed evenly. It can also mix well for materials with significant differences in the ratio of main components to minor additives. 

• Conical Screw Mixer – Used for the mixing of large quantities of pesticide or fertilizer raw materials. Especially, it is friendly to heat-sensitive materials and can maintain the integrity of the particles. The equipment has a large volume (up to 30m³), no residual material in the discharge, and can be configured with heating, cooling or liquid spraying devices according to process requirements.
