Battling the Sweltering Heat

In August, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau issued High Temperature Warning Signals repeatedly, and the temperature records kept being shattered. Despite these challenging conditions, the dedicated staff at S&L maintained their enthusiasm and remained steadfast in their work throughout the summer, especially those on the production line. They valiantly contended with the heat, pushing forward with production efforts to ensure that the delivery deadlines were met.

In the face of such searing weather, they quietly dedicated themselves to their tasks, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and unwavering high spirits. Our colleagues on the front lines continued to carry out their work in an orderly fashion, ensuring the stable production of our mixers.

Providing On-site Customer Service

One of our customers reached out to us with a complaint. They had purchased mixers from another supplier, but the sealing sections of these mixers were constantly leaking. What's more, the original supplier was unable to offer an effective solution for an extended period. Our technicians were then invited to their factory to assist with this pressing issue. In the end, our success in resolving the problem was a testament to our professional expertise. Even in the sweltering heat, we provided assistance to our customer, even though the mixers in question were not our own products. S&L won high praise from our partner, thanks to the hard work and sweat of our employees, our highly responsible work attitude, and our excellent pre-sales and after-sales services.

S&L's Caring Attention

In such blistering weather, it is of utmost importance to take measures to prevent heatstroke and create a more comfortable working environment for our production line staff. To this end, additional fans were installed in the workshop area. Salt soda water was made available to help our employees replenish water and sodium chloride in a timely manner. We also provided heat prevention supplies such as towels, soaps, and cooling ointment. Moreover, the work hours were adjusted to 7:00 - 11:30 and 13:00 - 16:30, ensuring that everyone had sufficient rest at noon. Thanks to these series of measures, the workers became more energetic and motivated. They courageously battled the heat, worked even harder on the front lines, and strived to keep the production running smoothly. They are the backbone that effectively ensures the stable production of S&L during every hot summer.

Our New Partners

To alleviate the labor intensity of our employees, S&L endeavors to employ mechanical processing methods as extensively as possible, including cutting, welding, sheet metal working, and polishing, among others. This approach not only helps to guarantee the quality of our products but also ensures timely delivery. This summer, we are delighted to welcome two new partners to our team. One is a Welding Robot, and the other is a CNC optical fiber cutting machine.

The Welding Robot

With an operating radius of up to 2.0 meters, the Welding Robot has significantly enhanced the appearance and quality of our welding work. Additionally, it has improved production efficiency and safety levels.

High Precision Cutting: It ensures precise cutting while being environmentally friendly.

Advanced Drive System: Equipped with an Italian drive system and a floating adjustment structure, it guarantees ultra-high precision cutting, even when dealing with large-format processing.

As we are all aware, industrial mixers are customized equipment, and achieving batch production through mechanical automation is no easy feat.
