Plough Mixer
When it comes to mixing lithium battery materials, especially ternary precursors, the Plough Mixer from S&L stands out as an essential choice. This mixer features a horizontal shaft and versatile mixing elements, which can be either ploughs or paddles. The cylindrical vessel body is equipped with multiple feeding ports, a vent port at the top, and a central discharge port at the bottom. The two end plates provide sturdy support for the entire mixer body. Choppers are commonly integrated into this type of mixer, enhancing its mixing capabilities. The drive system is separate from the vessel body, ensuring smooth operation. During the mixing process, the combination of ploughs and choppers creates a centrifugal convection movement, enabling the achievement of optimal mixing in a remarkably short time. As a result, this mixer has gained widespread use in the lithium battery industry.

LPH Plough Paddle Dryer
In the production of high nickel products, the drying process plays a crucial role. S&L Group collaborated closely with the leading players in the lithium battery industry to develop the latest LPH Plough Paddle Dryer. This advanced equipment comprises a horizontal shaft and an agitator with mixing paddles that are evenly distributed after undergoing a static balance process. The cylindrical vessel body, which is equipped with a heating jacket, has multiple feeding ports, a vent port, a thermometer, a pressure gauge, a sample device, and a central discharge valve at the bottom. The end plates offer the necessary support to the mixer body. Depending on whether the material is a single crystal or polycrystalline material, choppers can be added to the mixing process. The driving system is independent of the vessel body. Thanks to the paddles made from special materials, the wet mixture moves convectively along the cylinder, achieving full heating and uniform drying within a specific period.

GBF High Temperature Cladding System
The Horizontal Reactor is the core equipment for the coating and granulation of anode lithium battery materials. The entire equipment is designed with a horizontal structure, and the cylinder body features a circular design, which is welded to both end plates. The material inside is heated through thermal radiation from an external heating wire, with a maximum design temperature of up to 650 ℃. The material temperature can be adjusted within the range of 350-650℃, allowing for variable production temperatures. These features effectively meet the requirements of high-efficiency and variable-temperature production conditions. Moreover, the equipment is built to be stable and durable, ensuring reliable operation even in high-temperature working environments.
