What exactly is a "Heating Pad"? As its name suggests, it serves as a heating tool, often also referred to as a warm sticker. The raw material layer of a heating pad has a remarkable property. Once exposed to oxygen, it can continuously emit heat for a span of 12 to 20 hours. The underlying mechanism involves the conversion of chemical energy into heat energy, which is the fundamental working principle. To ensure that the heat persists for an extended period, mineral vermiculite is employed as an insulating material.

How does a Heating Pad work?
When you examine the components of a heating pad, you'll find dark brown solids, which include toner, NaCl solids, Fe₂O₃ solids, and magnesium-aluminum salts. Given that no reaction should occur before the heating pad is put to use, its packaging design is quite unique. It consists of a raw material layer, a gelatin layer, and a non-woven fabric bag.
The non-woven fabric bag is crafted from a micro-porous breathable film, and it is encased in a conventional airtight bag. To activate the heating pad, one simply removes the outer package, exposing the non-woven bag to the air. This allows oxygen to penetrate through the permeable film.
The release duration and temperature of the heat are regulated by the oxygen permeability rate of the permeable film. This precise control ensures a consistent and reliable heating experience.

The Working Principle of the Mixer
The conical mixer (DSH) is composed of a conical vessel, two internal screw agitators, and the driving parts. The agitators, while rotating on their own axes (rotation), also perform a planetary motion (revolution) along the inner wall of the conical vessel. This is achieved through the rotation of the screw arm around the center of the container.
Through the rotation of the screws, the equipment repeatedly lifts the material, creating shear, convection, and diffusion movements within the vessel. These actions ultimately lead to the achievement of uniform mixing of the materials.
